Dedicated to those who blatantly criticize Anwar Ibrahim regarding his statement of the Israeli/Palestinian issue seen on the Wall Street Journal.

First of all, let me make myself clear. I don't see Anwar Ibrahim as my father or a deity. In fact, my sense of loyalty to him is close to zero, to tell you the truth. I neither hate him, or like him.
Omg I'm exhausted. So I am feeling a little bit like this;

Anyway,
if you want to intelligently discuss on matters regarding any issue, then do read as many news as you can that are NOT written solely by the government before you even think to start a debate or an argument that is valid. If you don't, then you are a pro-government, end of story. So, there is really no need for further discussions, thank you.
Recently, Anwar Ibrahim said something on the Wall Street Journal about the issue of Israel and Palestine, and no kidding, a whole lot of people were (and still are unfortunately) making an unnecessary fiasco on this matter. Here, let me give you an article provided by Wall Street Journal South East Asia - not a government article, not a Malaysian Insider article (which many assumes to be written by pro-oppositions, which is partially true), but an international article.
(article)
Now tell me, from where in the article can you find any remarks that say Anwar Ibrahim supports the violence that the Zionists have done towards the Palestinians? Well, I am saying this after seeing enough shared photos and posts from varieties of people who claim themselves to be a real thinker, but unfortunately share mutual understanding that Anwar's remark is anti-Palestinians. So here I quote from the article;
"In a recent interview with the Wall Street Journal, Mr. Anwar responded to the question of whether he would open diplomatic ties with Israel by stating his “support” for “efforts to protect the security of the state of Israel,” while at the same time backing the “legitimate rights of the Palestinians.”
Geez, no surprise that the second part of his remark was left unnoticed by certain people. Hold on, based on my puny knowledge of English, the bold phrase tells me that "Anwar hates Palestinians and he supports the killing of Palestinians and he wishes that Israel will shoot them all and drive them out from their land soon." I guess that's what he must have said since so many of you have uploaded pictures of Zionists and place the word Anwar Ibrahim in the depictions. Gee, thanks for the unnecessary enlightenment!
“Some refuse to recognize the state of Israel,” he said, “but I think our policy should be clear – protect the security [of Israel] but you must be as firm in protecting the legitimate interests of the Palestinians.”
You see, English isn't really a simple language. But of course with limited access to the knowledge of syntax, semantics and pragmatics, one would just simply say, without any justification, that the protection of Israel security means protect Israel from violence, or international laws, or whatever else you might wanna think of. It took me a while to understand this concept of "protect the security of Israel", but after a little bit of further readings I found out that what Anwar was saying was to recognize Israel as a constituency of its own, WHILE, at the same time, protect the rights of Palestinians - in simpler words, help them fight for their home. If I am wrong, DO TELL. I'm serious.
If the government is so self-righteous and believes that they are right and the opposition is wrong, why decline the offer for a public debate with the opposition? Since you are not corrupt and you have nothing to hide (quote unquote), then prove your self pompousness in a debate. For the love of God, just agree to debate and bombard us people of Malaysia with proper actual facts and convince us that the opposition is totally and utterly wrong (if you can). Then I have no problem to root for whoever that I see as more promising.
Why, you jelly?
LOL
You know a website is pro-government when you see talk about nothing else but the bad of the oppositions. You know, from all the sources you cited or quoted, I never see any issue regarding NFC? That is just one example. Don't just read from pro-government media and started claiming that's common sense. That is bullshit.
Admit it, you are pro-government, not neutral freelance writers. If you are neutral, then you would have talked something about NFC by now.
p/s: when there is little reason to read from the local media, I read international news, whether you like it or not.
